1.) Click here - https://www.eshakti.com/fgwelcome and log in to your eShakti account.
2.) Click on "Ask for a Free Remake"
3.) Click on select and choose the Order Number
4.) Click on select and choose the Product to be remade
5.) Describe the fit issues. Feel free to provide as much detail as possible. Any additional feedback you want to share can be mentioned in the 2nd field(Issues not related to the fit). Then click on "Continue to Next Step"
6.) Select the fit for each part of the body using the drop-down boxes on the right side.
7.) Upload pictures while wearing the garment in question. These help us quickly identify and correct fit issues. Click on "Submit for Remake" once you are done.
You will receive an email confirmation of the remake request. If we need any further clarification, we will email you.
